Process chillers
Our modern and efficient process cooling options are high performance, fully packaged and include both water and air cooled solutions, ideal for all process cooling applications. From small 3Kw chillers, providing a temperature range of -10°C to 20°C, right through to powerful 1450kW industrial process chillers, giving a stable temperature range of -12°C to 20°C.
Rooftop chillers
Short on space? We provide compact and large rooftop chillers ranging from 40kW to 301kW, including chillers with Adaptive Frequency Drive (AFD) compressor technology to provide low GWP R454B refrigerant. Our rooftop chillers have best-in-class EC plug type ventilation fans and tandem scroll compressors, delivering high efficiency at both full and part load.
Heat pump chillers
Heat pump chillers are capable of automatic cooling and heating. They are compact units with a small footprint, quiet and highly energy efficient. The heat pump chiller unit can be both manually switched between cooling and heating mode or automatically changed based on an ambient air temperature probe. We supply a wide range of heat pump chillers from 70kW to 125kW.

Flow were pleased to help a leading chilled supply chain logistics company with an efficient temporary cooling solution. Ice cream, confectionary and chocolate doesn’t mix well with heat! Flow Power Solutions were chosen to provide a precision cooling solution for a large industrial warehouse which is usually ambient, to enable a smooth transfer of chilled stock from British standard pallets onto Euro pallets for export. A highly sustainable and efficient Air Source Heat Pump has been deployed for a 21-week peak period.

Process chillers are specialist temporary refrigeration systems designed to remove heat from industrial processes, spaces or equipment to maintain a specific temperature range. They are essential for keeping machinery, products, or materials cool during manufacturing, production or storage.
Specifying the correct chiller size depends on a heat load calculation. This calculation assesses the total space or process volume to be cooled, the desired temperature drop, operating hours and seasonal and external temperature conditions. Heat gains from equipment, people, or outside air should be factored into this calculation. Our chiller experts will assess this for you and provide an accurate calculation to specify the optimum equipment you need. This will ensure the system is neither undersized (risking poor performance) nor oversized (wasting energy).
